How was school today, Ned?

How do you talk with your parents? Do you have long conversations about school, friends, life? Or, are you like the kid in the video and give monosyllabic answers (one-word answers)?

Do you think that it is important to have conversations with your parents? Some people say that having dinner with your family can keep kids on a very positive path in their lives. What do you think about that?

    Hi There Mr Madden, thanks for the comment! I chose this page to reply to because this is one of my favourite videos on youtube. Too funny. Glad you are sharing this with your students.

    My husband teaches Grade 6 at UWCSEA in Singapore if your class would like to do some collaborative projects.

    Glad the kids are enjoying the wordles. They might also like this comic strip generator http://makebeliefscomix.com/ My Grade 3s love it.

    Dear Mr.Madden, That guy just looks like a zombie. What’s also weird is that his dad doesn’t seem to notice it. Either he is really stressed or he is just one of those guys who wants to sleep all day.

    This is one of the funniest videos i have ever seen!!! And my mom said that is me cause when I get home from school she asks me how my day was and all I ever say is good. :D
